Chef Joel Alderdice ‘A Yarra Valley Local’ has spent years in many of Melbourne’s top restaurants such as Union Dining & Bar Liberty.
Joel creates a menu following the seasons and sourcing fresh produce from Ramarro Farm and the Medhurst Garden. He picks vegetables and herbs daily from the garden and awaits the weekly supply from the Farm to influence the direction of the ever evolving menu.
