MEDHURST SAUVIGNON BLANC 2011
$22.50ea
We are really starting to have a bit of fun with our Sauvignon Blanc fruit and the wine keeps getting more interesting each year. From the challenging 2011 vintage, we have barrel fermented over half of this wine, building a creamy texture and adding complexity and interest to the aromas, which are still dominated by wonderfully fresh passionfruit and grapefruit perfume.
The juicyness and freshness of the wine makes it a perfect complement to a fresh spring salad with fennel, rocket and goats cheese, dressed with some spicy olive oil and lemon juice. KISS - Keep It Simple, Stupid!!
