MEDHURST ROSE 2011

A classy and deliciously dry Rosé. A blend of cabernet and shiraz, this is a serious Rosé made for frivolous enjoyment. A very soft salmon pink colour belies the intense perfumed aroma of fresh strawberry and the succulent and refreshing dry finish and tremendously long aftertaste. What could be better on a warm day, or a lazy afternoon, or after work, or before lunch, or at the beach, or .... you get the picture.
Delicious with cured meats, vongole pasta or simply on its own.
