The Medhurst Red shed range of wines is a fresh approach to cool climate winemaking – we pick the fruit when fresh and crunchy, capture the vitality of the grape through a simple approach to winemaking and then bottle the wine when young to enjoy at its vibrant best. The 2008 Red Shed Shiraz is the perfect barbecue wine - soft and juicy and great with char-grilled meats or your favourite wood-fired pizza.
